Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui siswa dengan kesulitan membaca permulaan pada 2 sekolah dasar penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif Kelurahan Pondok Cina, Kota Depok. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan lima siswa mengalami kesulitan membaca permulaan, siswa tersebut berasal dari kelas 4 sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis data melalui statistika deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kesluruhan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca kata, suku kata, dan huruf. Selanjutnya, dalam kesadaran fonologi mengalami permasalahan pada semua aspek yang diteliti yakni pada mengidentifikasi bunyi suku kata dalam kata, mengidentifikasi onset dan rima pada suku kata, mengidentifikasi onset dan rima pada fonem. ***** The purpose of this study was to identify students with early reading difficulties in two primary schools that provide inclusive education in Pondok Cina Village, Depok City. In this study five students were found to have difficulties in beginning reading, these students came from grade 4 elementary schools. This study used a survey method with data analysis through descriptive statistics. The results of this study found that all students experienced difficulties in reading words, syllables, and letters. Furthermore, in phonological awareness, there are problems in all aspects studied, namely in identifying syllable sounds in words, identifying onset and rhyme in syllables, identifying onset and rhyme in phonemes.
