Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (tpack) guru ekonomi terhadap motivasi belajar yang berdampak pada kreativitas belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 59 Jakarta. Penelitian ini untuk mengatahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner. Jumlah populasinya yaitu 107 siswa dari sampel yang digunakan anak kelas XI ekonomi. Analisis data menggunaan SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini, pengaruh langsung Kemampuan TPACK guru terhadap Kreativitas belajar siswa dengan path coefficient menunjukkan nilai original sample 0.335 > 0, t-statistik 4.316 > 1.96 dan p-value 0.000 < 0.05. pengaruh langsung Kemampuan TPACK guru terhadap Motivasi belajar siswa dengan path coefficient menunjukkan nilai original sample 0.378 > 0, t-statistik 4.739 > 1.96 dan p- value 0.000 < 0.05. pengaruh langsung Motivasi belajar terhadap Kreativitas belajar siswa dengan path coefficient menunjukkan nilai original sample 0.315 > 0, t-statistik 2.161> 1.96 dan p-value 0.031 < 0.05. dan pengaruh tidak langsung Kemampuan TPACK terhadap Kreativitas Belajar melalui Motivasi Belajar dengan path coefficient menunjukkan nilai original sample 0.119 > 0, tstatistik 2.041> 1.96 dan p-value 0.042 < 0.05. Kata kunci : Kemampuan TPACK, Motivasi Belajar, Kreativitas Belajar. *** This study aims to determine the effect of technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (tpack) abilities of economics teachers on learning motivation which has an impact on creativity in learning economics at SMA Negeri 59 Jakarta. This research is to find out the direct and indirect effects. Research using quantitative methods with data collection methods using questionnaires. The total population is 107 students from the sample used by class XI economics students. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The results of this study, the direct effect of the teacher's TPACK ability on student learning creativity with the path coefficient shows the original sample value 0.335 > 0, t-statistic 4.316 > 1.96 and p-value 0.000 <0.05. the direct effect of the teacher's TPACK ability on student motivation with the path coefficient shows the original sample value 0.378 > 0, t-statistic 4.739 > 1.96 and p-value 0.000 <0.05. the direct effect of learning motivation on student learning creativity with path coefficient shows the original sample value 0.315 > 0, t-statistic 2.161 > 1.96 and p-value 0.031 < 0.05. and the indirect effect of TPACK ability on Learning Creativity through Learning Motivation with path coefficient shows the original sample value is 0.119 > 0, the statistic is 2.041 > 1.96 and the p-value is 0.042 <0.05.
