Abstract

*ABSTRAK* ------- Pada era modern seperti ini dibutuhkan peserta didik yang literat, yaitu yang memahami fakta ilmiah dan penerapannya pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Biologi merupakan pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan di kehidupan sehari-hari, maka diperlukan untuk peserta didik memiliki tingkat literasi biologi yang tinggi. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan literasi biologi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif dan konstruktif, yaitu TPS dipadu dengan RQA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dipadu Reading Questioning Answering (RQA) terhadap Literasai Biologi Peserta Didik di SMAN 13 Jakarta pada materi sistem reproduksi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2023 dengan metode penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara simple random sampling. Uji prasyarat yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas dengan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji homogenitas menggunakan uji F. Pengujian hipotesis statistika dengan uji t-independen yang diperoleh hasil terima H0 pada α=0,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dipadu Reading Questioning Answering (RQA) terhadap Literasai Biologi Peserta Didik pada materi sistem reproduksi. *ABSTRACT* --------- ADINDA MAULIDIA. Mini Thesis, Biology Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. August 2023. In this modern era, students who are literate are needed, namely those who understand scientific facts and their application to everyday life. Biology is subject that is needed in everyday life, so it is necessary for students to have a high level of biological literacy. One way to improve biology literacy is by applying cooperative and constructive learning models, namely Think Pair Share combined with Reading Questioning Answering. This study aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) Learning Model combined with Reading Questioning Answering (RQA) on the Biological Literacy of Students at SMAN 13 Jakarta on the reproductive system. The research was conducted in May 2023 using a quasiexperimental research method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample was selected by simple random sampling. The prerequisite test used is the normality test with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the homogeneity test using the F test. Statistical hypothesis test with the independent t-test obtained the results of accept H0 at α = 0.05, which means that there is no influence of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model combined with Reading Questioning Answering (RQA) Biological Literacy’s students on reproductive system.
