Abstract

Abstrak Strategi alliansi merupakan salah satu solusi menghadapi kecepatan persaingan dalam dunia bisnis atau usaha. Aliansi strategis adalah srategi kerjasasama dala bentuk kemitraan yang membantu menyatukan kelebihan dari masing masing pihak dalam rangka untuk saling menguntungkan berupa manfaat dan daya saing dalam jangka panjang di pasar. Strategi Alliansi dapat dinilai sukses atau tidak dengan mengukur kinerja alliansi strategis tersebut, karena ukuran aliansi yang paling umum digunakan adalah kinerja. Sehingga sehat tidaknya sebuah strategi alliansi yang diterapkan oleh sebuah perusahaan adalah melihat dan mengevaluasi kinerja strategi alliansi perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode non sampling atau sensus sebanyak 132 (seratus tiga puluh dua) cabang di DKI Jakarta pada salah satu perusahaan dibidang pendidikan yang berasal dari jepang dan mengembangkan strategi alliansi di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan bertemu dengan para owner atau pimpinan cabang langsung. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Goodwill trust, dan Tangible & Intangible Resources Sharing memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja strategi aliansi. Sedangkan Competence Trust memiliki pengaruh negative terhadapa kinerja strategi aliansi Selain itu Tangible & Intangible Resources Sharing sebagai variabel intervening mampu memediasi hubungan Goodwill trust terhadap terhadap kinerja strategi alliansi. Sedangkan Competence Trust tidak bisa dimediasi oleh Tangible & Intangible Resources Sharing, hal ini dikarenak hubungan secara langsung antatra competence trust dengan alliances performance nemiliki hubungan yang negatif sehingga mediasi menjadi gugur. Abstract The alliance strategy is one solution to face the speed of competition in the business world or business. Strategic alliances are cooperative strategies in the form of partnerships that help bring together the strengths of each party in order to benefit each other in the form of long-term benefits and competitiveness in the market. The Alliance strategy can be judged successful or not by measuring the performance of the strategic alliance, because the most commonly used alliance measure is performance. So that a healthy alliance strategy implemented by a company is to see and evaluate the performance of the company's alliance strategy. This research was conducted by non-sampling method or census of 132 (one hundred thirty-two) branches in DKI Jakarta in one of the companies in the field of education originating from Japan and developing an alliance strategy in Indonesia. Data collection is done by questionnaire and meet with the owners or branch leaders directly. From this study it was concluded that Goodwill trust, and Tangible & Intangible Resources Sharing had a positive influence on the performance of the alliance strategy. Whereas Competence Trust has a negative influence on the performance of the alliance strategy. In addition, Tangible & Intangible Resources Sharing as an intervening variable is able to mediate the relationship of Goodwill trust on the performance of the alliance's strategy. Whereas Competence Trust cannot be mediated by Tangible & Intangible Resources Sharing, this is because the direct relationship between competence trust and alliances performance has a negative relationship so that mediation fails.
