Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan keluarga (X1) dan lingkungan sekolah (X2) terhadap disiplin siswa jurusan Akuntansi Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) SMK Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan dari bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2023. Populasi terjangkau dari penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 137 siswa jurusan AKL yang berasal dari SMK 46 dan SMK 48 Jakarta Timur. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 101 siswa. Data untuk variabel lingkungan keluarga (X1), lingkungan sekolah (X2) dan disiplin siswa (Y) diperoleh melalui pengumpulan jawaban dari kuesioner. Dari hasil uji pra analisis penelitian, data yang dimiliki peneliti dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan linear. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian, didapatkan hasil uji t parsial yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara variabel lingkungan keluarga dengan disiplin siswa dengan angka thitung = 2,276 > ttabel = 1,661 dan untuk variabel lingkungan sekolah, hasil uji t parsial menunjukkan angka thitung = 4,866 yang selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan ttabel yaitu: 1,661 maka dapat diperoleh thitung > ttabel maka dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara lingkungan sekolah dengan disiplin siswa. Kemudian dengan melakukan uji F didapatkan angka Ftabel sebesar 3,089 dan Fhitung dengan nilai 25,523 maka diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel hal ini menandakan bahwa lingkungan keluarga (X1) dan lingkungan sekolah (X2) secara bersama-sama atau simultan berhubungan dengan disiplin siswa (Y).********** This study aims to determine the relationship between the family environment (X1) and the school environment (X2) on the discipline of students majoring in Accounting at East Jakarta Vocational High Schools. This research was conducted for two months from July to August 2023. The reachable population of this study was 137 students majoring in Accounting from SMKN 46 and SMKN 48 East Jakarta. The sampling used proportional random sampling technique so that a sample of 101 students was obtained. Data for family environment variables (X1), school environment (X2) and students’ discipline (Y) were obtained through collecting answers from the questionnaire. From the results of the research pre-analysis test, the data owned by the researcher was stated to be normally and linearly distributed. Based on the research analysis, the results of the partial t test showed that there was a relationship between family environment variables and student discipline with tcount = 2.276 > ttable = 1.661 and for school environment variables, the partial t test results showed tcount = 4.866 which was then compared to ttable, namely : 1.661, it can be obtained that tcount > ttable, it is stated that there is a relationship between the school environment and student discipline. Then by doing the F test, the Ftable number is 3.089 and Fcount with a value of 25.523, so Fcount > Ftable indicates that the family environment (X1) and school environment (X2) are jointly or simultaneously related to student discipline (Y).
