Abstract

*ABSTRAK* -------- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap attiude, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh attitude, perceived risk, dan perceived cost terhadap intention to continue use. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantatif, dengan sumber data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan merchant QRIS UMKM di Kabupaten Brebes, yang diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Penelitian ini berhasil melibatkan 212 responden yang kemudian akan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan analisis SEM menggunakan AMOS versi 24. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perceived usefulness tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap attitude, (2) Perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude, (3) Attitude memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to continue use, (4) Perceived risk tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention to continue use, (5) Perceived cost tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention to continue use. *ABSTRACT* --------- This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on attitude, and to determine the effect of attitude, perceived risk, and perceived cost on intention to continue use. This study uses a quantitative research method, with primary data sources collected using research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed online. The sample for this study was QRIS UMKM merchants in Brebes Regency, which were taken using a convenience sampling technique. This study was successful in involving 212 respondents who would then be analyzed using SPSS version 25 and SEM analysis using AMOS version 24. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that: (1) Perceived usefulness has no effect on attitude, (2) Perceived ease of use has a positive influence and significant on attitude, (3) Attitude has a positive and significant influence on intention to continue use, (4) Perceived risk has no effect on intention to continue use, (5) Perceived cost has no effect on intention to continue use.
