Abstract

MUHAMMAD IRFAN FADILLAH. 2023. 1703519052. Analisis Ketersediaan Fasilitas Kantor Di UPT Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta. Program Studi D-IV Administrasi Perkantoran Digital Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. *ABSTRAK* -------- Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ketersediaan fasilitas kantor yang menjadi bagian dalam kegiatan pegawai. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ketersediaan fasilitas kantor berupa mesin kantor dan perlengkapan kantor. Ketersediaan mesin kantor berupa komputer, laptop dan mesin pencetak. Sedangkan perlengkapan kantor berupa lemari dan alat tulis kantor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui obeservasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketersediaan mesin kantor yang ada kondisinya mengalami kendala berupa keterlambatan dalam proses penggunaan dan error. Serta tingkat kecukupan masih kurang. Akan tetapi penggunaan mesin kantor mudah digunakan oleh semua pegawai dan penataannya sudah baik. Ketersediaan perlengkapan kantor berupa lemari kondisinya sudah penuh. Sehingga terjadi penumpukan arsip. Tingkat kecukupan lemari masih perlu ditambah. Akan tetapi penempatan lemari sudah baik. Kondisi, tingkat kecukupan dan penemapatan alat tulis kantor sudah baik. Pengurus barang menyediakan kebutuhan tersebut. Namun, alat tulis kantor sering hilang disebabkan pegawai tidak menempatkan kembali ke tempat semula. Selain itu, dampak ketersediaan fasilitas kantor terhadap pegawai UPT Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta adalah meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan memberikan rasa nyaman dalam bekerja. Rekomendasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah dengan menambahkan variabel lainnya yang dapat memperbarui dari penelitian ini. Penelitian selanjutnya juga dapat menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui fenomena tersebut dengan angka. Dan rekomendasi lainnya dengan meneliti tidak hanya satu perusahaan saja. The focus of this study is to determine the availability of office facilities in the form of office machines and office supplies. Availability of office machines in the form of computers, laptops and printing machines. While office supplies in the form of cabinets and office stationery. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through conservation, documentation and interviews. The number of participants in this study amounted to 5 people. The results of this study concluded that the availability of existing office machines experienced problems in the form of delays in the use process and errors. And the level of adequacy is still lacking. However, the use of office machines is easy to use by all employees and the arrangement is good. The availability of office supplies in the form of cabinets is full. So there is a buildup of archives. The level of adequacy of cabinets still needs to be increased. However, the placement of the closet is good. The condition, adequacy level and placement of office stationery are good. The steward of the goods provides these needs. However, office stationery is often lost because employees do not put it back in its original place. In addition, the impact of the availability of office facilities on UPT DKI Jakarta Education Office employees is to improve employee performance and provide a sense of comfort at work. The recommendation for future research is to add other variables that can update from this study. Future research can also use quantitative research methods to find out the phenomenon with numbers.
