Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelola terkait pembelajaran sentra bermain peran besar anak kelompok B Raudhatul Athfal “Baitussyakur” Kota Depok. Rencana pembelajaran dirancang berupa RPPH (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian) dari Kurikulum Raudhatul Athfal oleh Kementrian Agama RI. Penerapan ini menggunakan tahapan model sentra oleh Mulyasa (2017) yang dikombinasikan dengan tahapan metode bermain peran oleh Shaftel dan Shaftel (1967). Penilaian anak berupa pengamatan kemampuan fisik-motorik anak yaitu motorik kasar dan motorik halus anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan secara detail mengenai fenomena yang terjadi selama proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sentra bermain peran besar anak dilaksanakan tidak berurutan tetapi semua tahapan dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan terdapat enam anak yang mencapai Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan enam anak yang mencapai Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) pada kemampuan fisik-motorik. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran yang dirancang dengan baik akan menghasilkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna bagi anak serta perkembangan fisik-motorik anak yang lebih optimal. ***** This study aims to manage the implementation of macro role-playing center learning for grade B children Raudhatul Athfal "Baitussyakur" Depok City. The lesson plan is designed in the form of an RPPH (Daily Learning Implementation Plan) from the Raudhatul Athfal Curriculum by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. This application uses the stages of the center model by Mulyasa (2017) combined with the stages of the role-playing method by Shaftel and Shaftel (1967). The child's assessment is in the form of observing the child's physical-motor abilities, namely the child's gross motor and fine motor skills. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach which describes in detail the phenomena that occur during the learning process. The results showed that the implementation of macro role-play centers for children was not carried out sequentially, but all stages were carried out properly. It was shown that there were six children who achieved Developing According to Expectations (BSH) and six children who achieved Very Good Development (BSB) in physical-motor abilities. The results of the study can be concluded that well-designed learning plans will produce more meaningful learning experiences for children as well as more optimal children's physical-motor development.
