Abstract

ERINA JULIANA PUTRI, 8105161642, Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT JISS Indonesia Sejahtera area Jakarta, Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. *ABSTRAK* ---------- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi, kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT JISS Indonesia Sejahtera area Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan mulai Juni 2023 sampai dengan Agustus 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 382 karyawan. Berdasarkan pada rumus slovin, maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 195 responden. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling. Data semua variabel merupakan data primer. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompetensi berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan iklim organisasi, kompensasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. This research was conducted for 3 months from June 2023 to August 2023. The research method used is the survey method. The affordable population in this study amounted to 382 employees. Based on the slovin formula, the number of samples in this study were 195 respondents. The sampling technique used Stratified Random Sampling. Data for all variables is primary data. Data processing in this study using the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results showed that organizational climate has a direct and significant effect on work productivity, compensation has a direct and significant effect on work productivity, competence has a direct and significant effect on work productivity and organizational climate, compensation and competence have a direct and significant effect on work productivity.
