Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor demografi yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap guru kepada kelas inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 190 guru yang mengajar di sekolah inklusi dan memiliki Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di kelas yang diajarnya. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji T-test, dan ANOVA. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data yang ada, diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan sikap guru terhadap kelas inklusi ditinjau dari faktor demografi yang ada. Faktor – faktor ini antara lain; jenis kelamin, usia, gaji This research aims to identify the demographic factors that influence teachers' attitudes towards inclusive classrooms. The research utilizes a quantitative method. The research sample consists of 190 teachers who teach in inclusive schools and have students with Special Needs (ABK) in their classes. The statistical analysis techniques applied include the T-test and ANOVA. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that there are differences in teachers' attitudes towards inclusive classrooms based on existing demographic factors. These factors include gender, age, and salary.
