Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy (CDMSE) dalam pengaruh Future Time Perspective (FTP) terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 250 mahasiswa Indonesia yang menempuh pendidikan D3, D4, dan S1. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS, uji regresi linier sederhana melalui software SPSS, dan uji mediasi melalui software JASP. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah CAAS-Form Indonesia, CDMSE-Ind, dan FTP-I. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FTP melalui The Opportunities on Future Outcomes dan The Limited Perspective of Times secara simultan dapat memengaruhi adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa secara signifikan. Selanjutnya, ditemukan bahwa kedua dimensi FTP secara simultan dapat memengaruhi CDMSE mahasiswa secara signifikan. Kemudian, ditemukan bahwa CDMSE dapat memengaruhi adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa secara signifikan. Terakhir, ditemukan bahwa CDMSE dapat memediasi pengaruh FTP terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa, namun mediasi ini terbatas pada perspektif The Opportunities on Future Outcomes dan ditemukan sebagai mediasi parsial. This study aims to determine the role of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy (CDMSE) in the influence of Future Time Perspective (FTP) on college student career adaptability. This study uses quantitative methods and convenience sampling techniques. Respondents in this study were 250 Indonesian students studying D3, D4, and S1. The analysis used was multiple linear regression test through SPSS software, simple linear regression test through SPSS software, and mediation test through JASP software. The instruments used were CAAS-Form Indonesia, CDMSE-Ind, and FTP-I. The results showed that FTP through The Opportunities on Future Outcomes and The Limited Perspective of Times could simultaneously significantly influence students' career adaptability. Furthermore, it was found that both FTP dimensions can simultaneously significantly influence students' CDMSE. Then, it was found that CDMSE can significantly influence students' career adaptability. Finally, it was found that CDMSE can mediate the influence of FTP on students’ career adaptability, but this mediation is limited to The Opportunities on Future Outcomes perspective and was found to be a partial mediation.
