Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi gaya pengasuhan terhadap self-regulated learning pada siswa SMP. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP yang bersekolah di Kota Tangerang Selatan berjumlah 217 siswa. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah self-regulated learning (SRL) untuk mengukur variabel self-regulated learning dan Perceived Parenting Stress Style Scale (PPSS) untuk mengukur variabel persepsi gaya pengasuhan. Hasil temuan ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari persepsi gaya pengasuhan terhadap self-regulated learning pada siswa SMP. Hasil uji hipotesis yang menguji pengaruh dari masing-masing dimensi, mendapatkan hasil bahwa pada persepsi gaya pengasuhan Authoritative memberikan pengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap self-regulated learning. Kemudian pada persepsi gaya pengasuhan Permissive memberikan pengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap self-regulated learning. Sedangkan persepsi gaya pengasuhan Authoritarian tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap self-regulated learning. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived parenting style on self-regulated learning in junior high school students. In this study using quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were 217 junior high school students attending South Tangerang City. Measuring tools used in this study were self-regulated learning (SRL) to measure self-regulated learning variables and Perceived Parenting Stress Style Scale (PPSS) to measure parenting style perception variables. These findings indicate that there is a significant influence of perceived parenting style on self-regulated learning in junior high school students. The results of hypothesis testing that examines the effect of each dimension, get the result that the perception of Authoritative parenting style has a significant positive effect on self-regulated learning. Then the perception of Permissive parenting style has a significant negative effect on self-regulated learning. Meanwhile, the perception of Authoritarian parenting style has no effect on self-regulated learning.
