Abstract

Era disrupsi terus berkembang, persaingan kerja semakin kuat, mendorong kecemasan karir mahasiswa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh grit terhadap kecemasan karir melalui mediasi future time perspective pada mahasiswa akhir perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian melibatkan 484 mahasiswa akhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji mediator dengan menggunakan PROCESS by Hayes melalui mediation analysis pada aplikasi SPSS. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi The Grit Scale, Future Time Perspective Scale versi Indonesia dan Career Anxiety Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua future time perspective berhasil memediasi hubungan antara grit dan kecemasan karir secara parsial. The era of disruption continues to evolve, and job competition becomes increasingly fierce, leading to career anxiety among students. This research aims to examine the influence of grit on career anxiety, mediated by future time perspective, among final-year college students in Indonesia. The study involved 484 final-year students. The research method employed mediator testing using PROCESS by Hayes through mediation analysis in the SPSS application. The instruments utilized included The Grit Scale, Future Time Perspective Scale (Indonesian version), and Career Anxiety Scale. The research findings indicate that future time perspective successfully partially mediate the relationship between grit and career anxiety.
