Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan data empirik tentang bagaimana pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 10 Jakarta yang berjumlah 15 siswa dari masing-masing kelas yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tahap pra (sebelum) eksperimen, tahap treatment (perlakuan), tahap pasca (setelah) eksperimen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw, dimana pada tahap akhir (post-test), signifikansinya menunjukkan angka 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya terlihat dari nilai rata-rata setelah tes pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw adalah 85, sedangkan pada metode ceramah adalah 74,33. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI. This study aims to obtain empirical data about how the effect of the jigsaw cooperative learning model on the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills in PAI. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample used in this study were students of SMA Negeri 10 Jakarta, totaling 15 students from each class. The data collection techniques used were the pre (before) experiment, treatment stage, post-experimental stage. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant effect with the used of the jigsaw cooperative learning model, where in the final stage (post-test), the significance is 0,000 < 0,05. Furthermore, it can be seen from the average score after the test on the jigsaw cooperative learning model is 85, while on the lecture method is 74,33. These results indicate that there is an effect with the used of the jigsaw cooperative learning model on the improvement students’ critical thinking skill in PAI.
