Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap adaptabilitas karier melalui mediasi harga diri pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan Process Macro Hayes Model 4 (simple mediation) pada SPSS 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 aktif berusia 18-25 tahun dan minimal semester 7. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Terdapat 252 responden yang tersebar di 25 provinsi di Indonesia. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap adaptabilitas karier melalui mediasi harga diri pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir (mediasi sempurna). Hasil tersebut disimpulkan dari jalur path c’ (0,798 > 0,05) yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan serta nilai antara BootLLCI (0,0661) ke BootULCI (0,222) pada path c yang tidak melewati nilai nol. Kata Kunci: Adaptabilitas Karier, Dukungan Sosial, Harga Diri, Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir ABSTRACT The study aims to determine the influence of social support on career adaptability through the mediation of self-esteem in final year students. The method used is quantitative research with Process Macro Hayes Model 4 (simple mediation) on SPSS 25. The population in this research was final year students aged 18-25 years and at least in the 7th semester. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There are 252 respondents spread across 25 provinces in Indonesia. The instruments used in this research are Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. The results of this study prove that there is an effect of social support on career adaptability through self-esteem in final year students (perfect mediation). These results were concluded from path c’ (0,798 > 0.05) which did not have a significant effect and the value of the BootstrapLLCI (0,0661) to BootstrapULCI (0.222) from path c which does not exceed 0.
