Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Juli 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab menggunakan gambar berseri pada siswa kelas 7 SMP Islam PB Soedirman Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar pembelajaran bahasa Arab di SMP Islam PB Soedirman menjadi lebih menarik dan memotivasi siswa untuk belajar lebih giat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian melalui lima tahap dalam pengembangannya, diantaranya : (1) Analisis kebutuhan siswa kelas 7 dan wawancara secara tidak terstruktur dengan guru bahasa Arab SMP Islam PB Soedirman Jakarta, (2) Merancang materi dan membuat storyboard media pembelajaran gambar berseri, (3) Mengembangkan produk agar bisa diterapkan sepenuhnya pada proses pembelajaran, (4) Uji coba media pembelajaran gambar berseri kepada siswa kelas 7 SMP Islam PB Soedirman pada saat proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab, (5) Evaluasi media berupa hasil validasi dari ahli materi dan ahli materi, serta membagikan angket uji coba produk kepada siswa kelas 7 SMP Islam PB Soedirman. Dari penelitian dan pengembangan media pembelajaran gambar berseri diperoleh hasil: Hasil analisis kebutuhan terhadap siswa kelas 7 SMP Islam PB Soedirman menunjukan bahwa 89% dari 72 siswa menyatakan membutuhkan media pembelajaran gambar berseri yang dilengkapi dengan audio. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi diperoleh nilai rata-rata 96% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, dan ahli media diperoleh nilai 80% dengan kategori “Layak”. Kemudian dari hasil Angket Uji Coba Siswa diperoleh hasil 87,72% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran gambar berseri layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Arab di SMP Islam PB Soedirman maupun di Sekolah lain. This study aims to develop media for learning Arabic speaking skills using serial pictures for 7th grade students of SMP Islam PB Soedirman Jakarta. This research was conducted so that learning Arabic at SMP Islam PB Soedirman becomes more interesting and motivates students to study harder. The research method used in this research is the development research method (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research went through five stages in its development, including: (1) Analysis of the needs of grade 7 students and unstructured interviews with Arabic teachers at SMP Islam PB Soedirman Jakarta, (2) Designing materials and making storyboards of serial picture learning media, (3) Developing products so that it can be fully applied to the learning process, (4) Trial of serial picture learning media to 7th grade students of SMP Islam PB Soedirman during the Arabic language learning process, (5) Evaluation of the media in the form of validation results from material experts and material experts, and distributing questionnaires product trial to 7th grade students of SMP Islam PB Soedirman. From the research and development of serial picture learning media, the results were obtained: The results of the analysis of the needs of 7th grade students of SMP Islam PB Soedirman showed that 89% of the 72 students stated that they needed learning media for serial pictures supplemented with audio. Based on the results of the assessment by material experts, an average score of 96% was obtained in the "Very Eligible" category, and media experts obtained a value of 80% in the "Decent" category. Then from the results of the Student Trial Questionnaire the results obtained were 87.72% in the "Very Eligible" category. Therefore, serial picture learning media is appropriate to be used as a medium for learning Arabic in PB Soedirman Islamic Middle School and in other schools.
