Abstract

JOICE CECILIA, 2023. Teknik Vokal Pada Fase Pubertas. Jurusan Pendidikan Musik Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengkaji tentang permasalahan teknik vokal dalam bernyanyi dan solusinya ketika remaja mengalami perubahan suara pada fase pubertas. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknik vokal pada fase pubertas ditinjau dari permasalahan produksi suara dan solusinya. Metode Penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data literatur review menggunakan buku, e-book, jurnal, laporan penelitian yang relevan dengan judul penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Agustus 2022 sampai Juli 2023. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan kata kunci serta memilah untuk menyaring data yang relevan. Setelah data dikumpulkan, peneliti melakukan analisis data menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Setelah data dianalisis, peneliti melakukan triangulasi data dengan memeriksa hasil analisis datanya melalui pustaka dan pakar. Hasil penelitian yang paling utama menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan teknik vokal di fase pubertas terdapat pada teknik produksi suara khususnya pada resonansi, perpindahan register, menurunnya suara yang membuat kesulitan dalam bernyanyi di fase pubertas. Solusi dalam menghadapi nya adalah remaja perlu dituntun oleh pendidik untuk tetap bernyanyi dengan teknik vokal yang benar seperti melakukan pemanasan vokal dengan teknik passagio, melatih teknik pernapasan diafragma dengan postur yang benar secara konsisten, pendidik sebaiknya menyesuaikan materi bahan sesuai dengan tessitura remaja tersebut. Bahasan ini layak dikaji sebagai bentuk perhatian terhadap perubahan suara yang dialami remaja dan sebagai acuan pendidik dalam menuntun serta mengajar teknik vokal kepada remaja yang sedang mengalami fase pubertasnya. Purpose of this research is to examine the problems of vocal techniques in singing and their solutions when adolescents experience changing voice during puberty. The purpose of this research is how the vocal techniques in the puberty phase are viewed from the problems of voice production and solutions. Method of the research is descriptive qualitative with literature review data collection techniques using books, e-books, journals, research reports that are relevant to the research title. The research was conducted from August 2022 to July 2023. In collecting data researchers use keywords and sort to filter relevant data. After the data was collected, the researchers conducted data analysis using the Miles and Huberman technique with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. After the data was analyzed, the researcher triangulated the data by examining the results of the data analysis through literature and experts. Result of the research show that vocal technique problems in the puberty phase are found in sound production techniques, especially in resonance, register shifts, decreased of voice which makes singing difficult in the pubertal phase. The solution to dealing with this problem is that teenagers need to be guided by educators to keep singing with the correct vocal technique such as doing vokal warm-ups with the passagio technique, consistently practicing diaphragmatic breathing techniques with the correct posture, educators should adjust the material according to the teenager's tesstitura. This discussion deserves to be studied as a form of concern for the voice changes experienced by adolescents and as a reference for educators in guiding and teaching vocal techniques to adolescents who are experiencing their puberty phase.
