Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT ID Express Logistik Indonesia yangbertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem work life balance pada lembaga ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode / pengumpulandata melalui studiobservasi dan wawancara. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa adalah pentingnyawork-life balance bagi kesehatan fisik dan mental, produktifitas, dan hubungan sosial seseorang. Beberapa permasalahan yang sering dialami karyawan seperti kelelahan,stres, dan kurangnya waktu untuk melakukan kegiatan di luar pekerjaandapatdiatasi dengan penerapan work-life balance. Dengan menerapkan work life balance karyawan dapat menjaga keseimbangan hidup dan memperbaiki kualitas hidup mereka secara keseluruhan. Kata Kunci: Produktifitas,Sosial,Work Life Balance *** This research was conducted at PT ID Express Logistik Indonesia with the aim of finding out the work life balance system at this institution. The method used in this research is descriptive with data collection methods through observation studies and interviews. The results obtained in this research state that work-life balance is important for a person's physical and mental health, productivity and social relationships. Several problems that employees often experience, such as fatigue, stress and lack of time to carry out activities outside of work, can be overcome by implementing work-life balance. By implementing work life balance, employees can maintain life balance and improve their overall quality of life. Keywords: Productivity, Social, Work Life Balance
