Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari supervisi kunjungan kelas dan budaya akademik terhadap performa mengajar guru pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yaitu survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Survei melibatkan 91 guru sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik multi-stage sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) supervisi kunjungan kelas berpengaruh secara langsung positif terhadap performa mengajar guru dengan jalur pengaruh sebesar 0,382. Sedangkan thitung (7,423) > ttabel (1,662) maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima; (2) budaya akademik berpengaruh secara langsung positif terhadap performa mengajar guru dengan jalur pengaruh sebesar 0,368. Sedangkan thitung (7,199) > ttabel (1,662) maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima; dan (3) supervisi kunjungan kelas berpengaruh secara langsung positif terhadap budaya akademik dengan jalur pengaruh sebesar 0,231. Sedangkan thitung (5,172) > ttabel (1,662) maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa performa mengajar guru dipengaruhi berbagai hal diantaranya adalah supervisi kunjungan kelas dan budaya akademik. This study aims to determine the influence of classroom visitation supervision and academic culture on teacher teaching performance in Junior High Schools in Bojonegoro District. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative approach using path analysis technique. The research data were obtained through a questionnaire. The survey involved 91 teachers as samples using multi-stage sampling technique. The results of the study show that: (1) classroom visitation supervision has a direct positive effect on teacher teaching performance with an influence path of 0.382. Since the t-value (7.423) > t-table (1.662), H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted; (2) academic culture has a direct positive effect on teacher teaching performance with an influence path of 0.368. Since the t-value (7.199) > t-table (1.662), H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted; and (3) classroom visitation supervision has a direct positive effect on academic culture with an influence path of 0.231. Since the t-value (5.172) > t-table (1.662), H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that teacher teaching performance is influenced by various factors, including classroom visitation supervision and academic culture
