Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pengintegrasian kurikulum Cambridge dan kurikulum Nasional di SD Insan Cendekia Madani (ICM), BSD menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi kasus, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam perencanaan kurikulum, sementara untuk pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan pengevaluasian Kurikulum menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dan guru guna mengungkapkan pemahaman mereka terhadap pengintegrasian kurikulum Cambridge dan Nasional. Wawancara juga dilakukan terhadap orang tua siswa memberikan pandangan mereka tentang kualitas lulusan dan manfaat pengintegrasian kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengintegrasian kurikulum di SD Insan Cendekia Madani berjalan dengan baik, terutama dalam mata pelajaran terkait dengan Kurikulum Cambridge. Untuk perencanaan kurikulum sudah cukup sesuai, tetapi perlu lebih banyak peran guru dalam perencanaan tersebut. Pengorganisasian kurikulum di SD Insan Cendekia Madani merupakan karya kolaboratif dan strategis yang mencakup integrasi cermat antara Kurikulum Cambridge dan Kurikulum Nasional. SD ICM dapat mengimplementasikan pengintegrasian Kurikulum Cambridge dengan Kurikulum Nasional dengan baik meski menghadapi tantangan seperti perputaran guru dan dinamika perubahan dalam Kurikulum, sekolah ini telah menunjukkan komitmennya terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan keunggulan akademik. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan dan masukan tentang manajemen pengintegrasian kurikulum di Sekolah Dasar dan dapat menjadi acuan bagi institusi pendidikan lain yang ingin mengadopsi pendekatan serupa. ***** This study aims to describe the management of integrating the Cambridge curriculum with the National curriculum at SD Insan Cendekia Madani (ICM), BSD using a qualitative approach and case study method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, case studies, and documentation studies. SWOT analysis was utilized to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in curriculum planning, while organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Curriculum utilized descriptive analysis. Interviews were conducted with the Principal, Vice Principal, and teachers to reveal their understanding of integrating the Cambridge and National curriculums. Parents were also interviewed to provide their views on the quality of graduates and the benefits of curriculum integration. The results show that the curriculum integration at SD Insan Cendekia Madani is performing well, particularly in subjects related to the Cambridge Curriculum. Curriculum planning is already quite appropriate, but there is a need for greater teacher involvement in the planning. Curriculum organization at SD Insan Cendekia Madani is a collaborative and strategic work that includes careful integration between the Cambridge Curriculum and the National Curriculum. SD ICM has been able to implement the integration of the Cambridge Curriculum with the National Curriculum effectively despite challenges such as teacher turnover and the dynamics of changes within the Curriculum. The school has demonstrated its commitment to educational quality and academic excellence. This research provides insights and input on curriculum integration management in Elementary Schools and can serve as a reference for other educational institutions wishing to adopt a similar approach.
