Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung penjumlahan dengan hasil maksimal 20 menggunakan media pohon hitung untuk siswa hambatan pendengaran di kelas 1B SDLB B Pangudi Luhur Jakarta Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa hambatan pendengaran sebanyak 3 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, pengamatan dan tindakan, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan selama tindakan berlangsung dan hasil tes soal operasi hitung penjumlahan pada tiap akhir siklus I dan II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan, mulai dari sebelum tindakan, siklus I hingga akhir siklus II. Hasil dari siklus I, siswa mengalami peningkatan meskipun belum mencapai nilai KKM 70. Rata-rata nilai yang didapat pada siklus I yaitu 50. Pada siklus II semua subjek mengalami peningkatan sesuai dengan harapan/mencapai nilai KKM 70. Rata-rata nilai yang di dapat pada siklus II yaitu 83. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, penggunaan media pohon hitung dalam pembelajaran operasi hitung penjumlahan dengan hasil maksimal 20 dapat meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung penjumlahan. ***** This research aims to improve the ability to calculate addition operations with a maximum result of 20 using counting tree media for hearing impaired students in class 1B SDLB B Pangudi Luhur West Jakarta. The subjects of this research were 3 hearing impaired students. This research is classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. Each cycle consisting of 3 stages, namely, planning, observation and action, and reflection The research was carried out in 2 cycles. Data was obtained from observations during the action and the results of tests on addition calculation operations at the end of each cycle I and II. The research results showed that there was an increase, starting from before the action, cycle I to the end of cycle II. As a result of cycle I, students experienced improvement even though they had not yet reached a KKM score of 70. The average score obtained in cycle I was 50. In cycle II all subjects experienced improvement in accordance with expectations/reached a KKM score of 70. The average score obtained in cycle II, it is 83. Based on this description, the use of counting tree media in learning addition calculation operations with a maximum result of 20 can improve the ability of addition calculation operations.
