Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran sosiologi di SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong di era pasca pandemi. Pandemi covid-19 telah memberikan dampak pada berbagai sektor salah satunya sektor pendidikan. Pada pasca pandemi pendidik diharuskan untuk dapat beradaptasi kembali pada pembelajaran tatap muka setelah pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pendidik harus tetap memikirkan cara agar pembelajaran tetap berjalan baik dengan mempertimbangkan penggunaan strategi pembelajaran yang tidak membosankan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 2 orang guru sosiologi SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong, waka bidang kurikulum, dan 6 siswa kelas XI dan XII. Kepala sekolah dan siswa merupakan informan triangulasi dalam penelitian ini. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dari Maret 2023 sampai Mei 2023. Lokasi penelitian di SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adanya adaptasi oleh guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran tatap muka pasca pandemi ini seperti membangun chemistry antar guru dan siswa, disiplin waktu, dan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sosiologi di pasca pandemi ini, ada beberapa strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan yaitu discovery learning, problem based learning, project based learning, dan hafalan. Hambatan yang dirasakan adalah adanya beberapa siswa yang kurang aktif selama proses diskusi dan presentasi hasil diskusi dan pembagian kelompok yang tidak rata. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain membagi siswa yang memiliki kemampuan lebih dari teman sekelas dan dibagi dalam kelompok yang berbeda sehingga hasil diskusi tiap kelompok tidak terlalu kentara beda nya, selain itu guru juga akan bertanya kepada siswa yang kurang aktif sehingga mereka bisa belajar berani menyatakan pendapat di depan kelas. Siswa juga akan dipantau selama diskusi sehingga guru dapat menegur siswa yang kurang parsitipatif dalam kelompoknya. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Pasca Pandemi, Strategi Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Sosiologi *** This study aims to describe the strategies of sociology learning at SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong in the post-pandemic era. The covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors, one of them is the education sector. In the post-pandemic era, educators are required to be able to adapt back to face-to-face learning after distance learning. Educators have to think of ways to keep learning going well by considering the use of learning strategies that are not boring. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection methods were conducted through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The subjects of this research were 2 sociology teachers of SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong, the vice principal of curriculum, and 6 students of class XI and XII. The principal and students are triangulation informants in this research. The research was conducted from March 2023 to May 2023. The location of the research was SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong. The results of this study found that there were adaptations by teachers and students in this postpandemic face-to-face learning such as building chemistry between teachers and students, time discipline, and the use of technology in learning. In the implementation of sociology learning in post-pandemic, there are several learning strategies used, namely discovery learning, problem-based learning, and project-based learning. The obstacles felt are the existence of some students who are less active during the discussion process and presentation of discussion results and the uneven division of groups. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include dividing students who have more abilities than their classmates into each groups so that the results of the discussion of each group are not too different, besides that the teacher will also ask students who are less active so that they can learn to express their opinions in front of the class. Students will also be monitored during discussions so that the teacher can reprimand students who are less participative in their groups.
