Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru olahraga SMK Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor Skala Likert. Populasi sebesar 119 guru, dan sampel yang diambil sebesar 119 guru olahraga SMK Kabupaten Karawang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus sampling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat pengaruh langsung positif lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru olahraga diperoleh nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,241 dengan thitung sebesar 2,904, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru olahraga diperoleh nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,410 dengan thitung sebesar 4,949, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif lingkungan kerja terhadap kedisiplinan diperoleh nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,335 dengan thitung sebesar 3,840, dan taraf signigikan yang digunakan 0,05 maka ttabel sebesar 1,658. Dapat disimpulkan ketiga nilai koefisien thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yaitu bahwa terdpat pengaruh langsung positif lingkungan kerja, dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru olahraga SMK Kabupaten Karawang. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kedisiplinan, dan Kinerja ********** This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and discipline on the performance of Karawang Regency Vocational School sports teachers. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and the analysis used is path analysis. Data collection uses a questionnaire with Likert Scale scores. The population was 119 teachers, and the sample taken was 119 Karawang Regency Vocational School sports teachers with a sampling technique using census sampling. The results of the research state that there is a positive direct influence of the work environment on the performance of sports teachers. The path coefficient value is 0.241 with tcount 2.904. There is a positive direct influence of discipline on the performance of sports teachers. The path coefficient value is 0.410 with tcount 4.949. There is a positive direct influence of the work environment. For scientific disciplines, the path coefficient value was 0.335 with tcount 3.840, and the significance level used was 0.05, so the ttable was 1.658. In the summary the three calculated coefficient values are greater than the table value, so H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted, namely that there is a positive direct influence of the work environment and discipline on the performance of Karawang Regency Vocational School sports teachers
