Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 70 mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Boga yang sudah lulus mata kuliah kue tradisional. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel pengetahuan dengan keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan nilai korelasi 0,7 tergolong kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi keputusan pembelian ditentukan oleh pengetahuan mengenai kue tradisional senilai 49,0% dan sebanyak 51,0% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Pada uji normalitas diperoleh nilai KShitung = 0,049 sedangkan nilai KStabel = 0,163. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai KShitung < KStabel sehingga data berdistribusi normal. Pada uji linieritas diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 0,243 sedangkan nilai Ftabel = 2,164. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai Fhitung < Ftabel sehingga dapat dikatakan model regresi sudah memenuhi asumsi linieritas. Berdasarkan model yang terbentuk diperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Ŷ =43,383+2,848 X . Bagi mahasiswa diharapkan agar bisa lebih mengenal dan melestarikan jajanan kuliner tradisional sehingga eksistensinya tetap ada dan tidak tersaingi oleh makanan luar. ABSTRACT This research aims to identify the relationship between knowledge and purchasing decisions among Culinary Education students at Jakarta State University. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. This research was conducted at Jakarta State University. The sample for this research was 70 Culinary Education students who had passed the traditional cake course. This research shows the results that there is a positive relationship between the knowledge variable and purchasing decisions among Culinary Education students at Jakarta State University with a correlation value of 0.7 which is considered strong. The coefficient of determination of purchasing decisions is determined by knowledge about traditional cakes worth 49.0% and 51.0% is determined by other variables not examined in this research. In the normality test, the KScount value = 0.049, while the KStable value = 0.163. It can be concluded that the KScount < KStable value so that the data is normally distributed. In the linearity test, the Fcount value = 0.243, while the Ftable value = 2.164. It can be concluded that the value of Fcount < Ftable so it can be said that the regression model meets the linearity assumption. Based on the model formed, the following regression equation is obtained: Ŷ =43,383+2,848 Students are expected to be able to get to know and preserve traditional culinary snacks so that their existence continues to exist and is not competed with by foreign food.
