Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara kompensasi non finansial dengan komitmen kerja guru di SMP Swasta Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur. Variabel yang diteliti yakni kompensasi non finansial sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan komitmen kerja sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 guru dari lima SMP Swasta di Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh yakni sebanyak 79 guru. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 94.006 + 0.682X dan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.480 atau 48%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung 8.431 > ttabel 1.991 dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga, dinyatakan bahwa variabel kompensasi non finansial (X) berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan komitmen kerja (Y). ***** This study aims to describe the relationship between non-financial compensation and teachers' work commitment in private junior high schools in Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta. The variables studied were non-financial compensation as the independent variable (X) and work commitment as the dependent variable (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study was 79 teachers from five private junior high schools in Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, namely 79 teachers. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis model, which resulted in a regression equation Ŷ = 94.006 + 0.682X and the acquisition of a coefficient of determination of 0.480, or 48%. From the results of hypothesis testing with the t test, the tcount value is 8.431> t table 1.991 and the result is a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it is stated that the non-financial compensation variable (X) is positively and significantly related to work commitment (Y).
