Abstract

Hubungan Antara Pergaulan Kelompok Teman Sebaya dengan Sikap Sosial pada Pelajar SMP (Studi Kasus: Kelas VIII SMP Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi), Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pergaulan kelompok teman sebaya dengan sikap sosial pada pelajar SMP. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelajar kelas VIII di SMP Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampe menggunakan proportional purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Ŷ = 64,902 + 0,443X. Koefisien korelasi Pearson product moment diperoleh sebesar rxy = 0,346, yang artinya ada hubungan positif antara variabel bebas (pergaulan kelompok teman sebaya) dengan variabel terikat (sikap sosial pada pelajar SMP). Berdasarkan perhitungan signifikansi koefisien korelasi diperoleh thitung (2,912) > ttabel (1,983), sehingga penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pergaulan kelompok teman sebaya dengan sikap sosial pada pelajar SMP senilai koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,12 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 12%, Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan yang positif antara pergaulan kelompok teman sebaya dengan sikap sosial pada pelajar SMP. This study was intended to ascertain the correlation between peer group intercommunication and social attitudes of students in middle school. It was conducted against students in class VIII at PB Soedirman Islamic Middle School of Bekasi. It used a quantitative correlation as the method and proportional purposive random sampling as the data collection technique. The results of this study indicated a simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 64.902 + 0.443X. The product moment of Pearson correlation coefficient yielded rxy = 0.346, which means that there was a positive correlation between independent variables (Peer Group Intercommunication) and dependent variables (Social Attitudes of Students in Middle School). Based on the significance of the correlation coefficient calculation yielded tcount (2,912) > ttable (1,983), so that the study proved that the correlation between peer group intercommunication and social attitudes of students in middle school with the correlation coefficient value of 0.12 and coefficient of determination value of 12%. In conclusion, there is a positive correlation between peer group intercommunication and social attitudes of students in middle school.
