Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan online food delivery dan penggunaan QRIS terhadap pendapatan UMKM Kuliner di Pujasera Blok S dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 pelaku UMKM Kuliner di Pujasera Blok S yang telah menggunakan online food delivery dan QRIS pada usahanya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) dan paired sample t-test. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan layanan online food delivery terhadap pendapatan usaha. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan QRIS terhadap pendapatan usaha, dan 3) Terdapat perbedaan signifikan rata-rata pendapatan usaha antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan online food delivery dan QRIS. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Usaha, Online food delivery, QRIS. UMKM Kuliner, Digitaliasi UMKM. ********** The purpose of the study is to examine how UMKM Culinary income in Pujasera Blok S is affected by online food delivery services and QRIS use. The study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of the research presented in this study is 30 UMKM Kuliner in Pujasera Blok S who have used online food delivery services and QRIS services on their business. Data analysis techniques used in this research consist of instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothetical testing using partial testing (t test) and paired sample t-test. Data processing using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of the test in this study showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant impact on the revenue of the online food delivery service; 2) there were positive and substantial effects of the use of QRIS on the income of the business; and 3) there were significant differences in the average revenue for the business between before and after using the on-line food delivery and QRIS
