Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan di Direktorat Sekolah Dasar Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu self efficacy sebagai variabel X dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan di Direktorat Sekolah Dasar Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 125 karyawan yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 22,737 + 0,876X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,876 atau 87,6%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil thitung (14,442) > ttabel (1,97912) dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,0000 < 0,005. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel self efficacy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Direktorat Sekolah Dasar Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. ***** This research aims to find out how much influence self-efficacy has on employee performance at the Directorate of Primary Schools of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. This research consists of two variables, namely self-efficacy as variable X and employee performance as variable Y. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were employees at the Directorate of Primary Schools of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. Sampling used a proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 125 employees obtained using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques use questionnaires with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was carried out using simple linear regression analysis which produced a regression equation Ŷ = 22.737 + 0.876X and obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.876 or 87.6%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, tcount (14.442) > ttable (1.97912) and a significance value of 0.0000 < 0.005 were obtained. So it is stated that the self-efficacy variable has a significant influence on employee performance at the Directorate of Primary Schools of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
