Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa rancangan pelatihan Pengembangan Learning Object di Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Produk Rancangan Pelatihan yang dikembangkan mengacu pada model desain pelatihan Sillberman yang memiliki 8 (delapan) tahapan yaitu (1) Assess the need for training and the participants, (2) Set general learning goal, (3) Specify objectives, (4) Design training activities, (5) Sequence training activities, (6) Start detailed planning, (7) Revise design details, (8) Evaluate the total result. Produk Rancangan Pelatihan ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi formatif yang melibatkan ahli materi dan ahli desain instruksional dengan menggunakan Skala Penilaian Interval 1-4. Nilai yang diperoleh dari evaluasi formatif dari ahli materi sebesar 3.96 (sangat baik) dan ahli desain instruksional sebesar 3.97 (sangat baik). Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan bahwa produk Rancangan Pelatihan sudah sangat baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman pelatihan Pengembangan Learning Object di Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional. ***** This research aims to produce a product in the form of a design training of Learning Object Development at National Population And Family Planning Agency Of Indonesia. This Design Training product that was developed refers to the Sillberman training design development model which has 8 (eight) stages are (1) Assess the need for training and the participants, (2) Set general learning goal, (3) Specify objectives, (4) Design training activities, (5) Sequence training activities, (6) Start detailed planning, (7) Revise design details, (8) Evaluate the total result. This Design Training product has gone through a formative evaluation phase involving material experts and instructional design experts with Interval Rating Scale 1-4. The result obtained from the formative evaluation from material expert is 3.96 (very good) and instructional design experts are 3.97 (very good). The results of the formative evaluation show that the Training Design product is very good and can be used as a training guideline for training of Learning Object Development at National Population and Family Planning Agency Of Indonesia.
