Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Cengkareng Kota Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu iklim organisasi sebagai variabel X dan mutu layanan pendidikan sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan 216 siswa kelas XII IPA di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Cengkareng Kota Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Proportional Random Sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 140 siswa yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 4,418 + 0,962X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,759 atau 75,9%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil t hitung > t tabel yaitu 20,842 > 1,977 dan hasil nilai signifikansi regresi 0,000 ˂ 0,05. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Cengkareng Kota Jakarta Barat. ***** This study aims to find out how much influence the organizational climate has on quality of educational services in state high schools in cengkareng district west jakarta city. This study consists pf two variables, namely the organizational climate as the X variable and quality of educational services as the Y variable. This study uses an approach quantitative with survey methods. The population in this study consisted of 216 students of class XII Science in state high schools in cengkareng district west jakarta city. Sampling used the Proportional Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 140 students obtained using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by simple linear regression analysis which produces a regression equation Ŷ = 4.418 + 0.962X and a coefficient of determination of 0.759 or 75.9%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the results obtained are t count > t table, namely 20.842 > 1.977 and the results of a significance value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05. So that it is stated the organizational climate variable has a positive and significant influence on quality of educational services in state high schools in cengkareng district west jakarta city.
