Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Posttest only Control Group Desain dan melibatkan dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, variabel bebas yaitu pendekatan TPACK dan variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh SDN di Kelurahan Petamburan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 63 siswa yang terdiri dari 31 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 32 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang terdiri dari 26 soal pilihan ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 72,419 dan skor rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas kontrol adalah 59,375. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, dengan perolehan thitung sebesar 3,764 dan ttabel 1,9996 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dan dk = 61. Nilai thitung > ttabel dapat diasumsikan bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis kerja (Ha) diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan pendekatan TPACK terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. ***** This research is an experimental research with a Posttest only Control Group design and involves two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable, the independent variable is the TPACK approach and the dependent variable is the students' critical thinking abilities. The population in this study were all elementary schools in Petamburan Village. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 63 students consisting of 31 students for the experimental class and 32 students for the control class. The instrument used is a critical thinking ability test which consists of 26 multiple choice questions. The results of data analysis show that the average score of critical thinking ability of experimental class students is 72,419 and the average score of critical thinking ability of control class students is 59,375. The results of the hypothesis test used the t test, with a tcount of 3,764 and a ttable of 1,9996 at a significance level of α = 0,05 and dk = 61. The value of tcount > ttable can be assumed that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that in this study there was a significant influence from the use of the TPACK approach on the critical thinking abilities of fifth grade elementary school students.
