Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa video tutorial dengan animasi untuk Pelatihan Jabatan Fungsional Pengawas Farmasi dan Makanan. Materi yang dibahas dalam video yaitu fungsi penilaian. Pengembangan produk ini menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin & Peck yang memiliki 3 fase yaitu fase analisis kebutuhan, fase desain, fase pengembangan dan implementasi serta diiringi evaluasi disetiap fasenya. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada fase satu dan fase dua menggunakan metode wawancara langsung, sedangkan pada fase ketiga menggunakan evaluasi formatif yaitu Expert Review oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian pengembangan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa video tutorial ini layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pada Pelatihan Jabatan Fungsional Pengawas Farmasi dan Makanan. ***** This development research produces a product of tutorial videos in the form of animation. This product was developed as a learning resource for the Training for Functional Positions of Pharmacy and Food Supervisor. The resulting video tutorials four in totals, each with a duration of 5 – 9 minutes long. The materials discussed in the video are assesment function. The development of this product uses the Hannafin & Peck development model, which consists of three phases: needs analysis, design, and development and implementation. Evaluation was carried out at each stage using a direct interview method for phases 1 and 2, and formative evaluation, namely Expert Review by subject experts and media experts, for phase 3. Based on the evaluation results, this video tutorial is feasible and can be used as a learning resource for the Professional Training of Food and Drug Inspectors. This video tutorial has the advantages of being able to present the material in an interesting and easy-to-understand manner and can be used independently by training participants.
