Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Guru SMA Swasta Di Kecamatan Cengkareng. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif dengan metode kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 135 guru yang tersebar di 6 sekolah SMA Swasta Kecamatan Cengkareng. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Sampling sebanyak 100 guru yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,495 atau 49,5%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, didapatkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja (X) berhubungan signifikan dan positif dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). **** This research aims to describe the relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Private High School Teachers in Cengkareng District. The variables studied are job satisfaction as the independent variable (variable X) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as the dependent variable (variable Y). This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. The population of this study was 135 teachers spread across 6 private high schools in Cengkareng District. The sampling technique used was Proportional Sampling with 100 teachers used as research samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis model with a coefficient of determination value of 0.495 or 49,5%. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the variable job satisfaction (X) was significantly and positively related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y).
