Abstract

Abstrak Penilaian Sikap Spiritual merupakan bagian penting dalam penilaian di sekolah Kristen. Penilaian sikap spiritual ini dilakukan pada konteks penerapan kurikulum pendidikan karakter di Indonesia yang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam melakukan penilaian pada aspek yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen Penilaian Sikap Spiritual pada SMA Kristen di Indonesia yang valid dan reliabel. Pengukuran instrumen menggunakan skala Likert 5-4-3-2-1 (Sangat Setuju, Setuju, Ragu-Ragu, Tidak Setuju, Sangat Tidak Setuju). Instrumen terdiri dari lima dimensi utama pada penilaian sikap spiritual: Relasi dengan Transenden/ Allah (4.26), Relasi dengan Diri Sendiri (4.04), Relasi dengan Orang Lain/ Komunal (4.29), Relasi dengan Lingkungan/ Alam Ciptaan (4.14), Relasi dengan Negara/ Pemerintahan/ Undang-Undang (4.19). Sample penelitian sebanyak 1260 siswa SMA Kristen di Indonesia (46.19% laki-laki dan 53.81% perempuan) dari tiga wilayah Indonesia (Indonesia bagian Barat, Tengah, dan Timur), berusia 15-20 tahun; kelas 10 hingga kelas 12. Kuesioner Penilaian Sikap Spiritual terdiri dari 55 item. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dan Rasch Model. Hasil uji CFA dengan loading factor > 0.30 menghasilkan 50 item fit. Analisis lanjutan dilakukan dengan pemodelan Rasch menghasilkan Unidimensi, Independensi Lokal, dan Monotonisasi terpenuhi, serta Kuesioner Penilaian Sikap Spiritual sudah reliable dengan nilai Cronbach`s Alpha 0.95 (excellent). Hasil analisis dari 50 item menghasilkan 48 item fit dan 746 person fit dengan 17 tingkat kesukaran item dan 5 tingkat kemampuan responden. Kuesioner penilaian sikap spiritual menunjukkan karakteristik psikometri yang sangat baik untuk digunakan dalam mengukur kompetensi sikap spiritual pada SMA Kristen di Indonesia. ****** Spiritual Attitude Assessment is an important part of assessment in Christian schools. This spiritual attitude assessment is conducted in the context of implementing the character education curriculum in Indonesia, which still faces challenges in conducting comprehensive assessments. This study aims to develop a valid and reliable Spiritual Attitude Assessment instrument for Christian high schools in Indonesia. Instrument measurement uses a 5-4-3-2-1 Likert scale (Strongly Agree, Agree, Undecided, Disagree, Strongly Disagree). The instrument consists of five main dimensions of spiritual attitude assessment: Relationship with Transcendent/God (4.26), Relationship with Self (4.04), Relationship with Others/Communal (4.29), Relationship with Environment/Created Nature (4.14), Relationship with State/Government/Law (4.19). The research sample was 1260 Christian high school students in Indonesia (46.19% male and 53.81% female) from three regions of Indonesia (Western, Central, and Eastern Indonesia), aged 15-20 years; grade 10 to grade 12. The Spiritual Attitude Assessment Questionnaire consisted of 55 items. Data analysis techniques using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Rasch Model. CFA test results with a loading factor> 0.30 resulted in 50 items fit. Analysis with Rasch modeling resulted in Unidimensionality, Local Independence, and Monotonization being met, and the Spiritual Attitude Assessment Questionnaire was reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.95 (excellent). The analysis of the 50 items resulted in 48 item fit and 746 person fit with 17 item difficulty levels and 5 respondent ability levels. The spiritual attitudes assessment questionnaire showed excellent psychometric characteristics for use in measuring spiritual attitudes competencies in Christian Senior High Schools in Indonesia.
