Abstract

ABSTRAK February TrishaGadis Maulana Rachim, 2020; Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerjadan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. Skripsi, Jakarta: Konsentrasi Sumber Daya Manusia, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui 1) Deskripsi dari Pengaruh Kepuasan kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. 2) Pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. 3) Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan PT Atoz Mega Indonesia Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 36 orang karyawan PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan program PLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Hasil T statistik untuk hipotesis pertama yaitu pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention sebesar 5.029 (lebih besar dari 1,96), dan nilai p-value ≤ 0,05 sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari α = 0,05) maka H0 hipotesis 1 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang memiliki arti terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. Lalu, hasil T statistik untuk hipotesis kedua yaitu pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention sebesar 4.450 (lebih besar dari 1,96), dan nilai p-value ≤ 0,05 sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari α = 0,05) maka H0 hipotesis 2 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang memiliki arti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the PLS 3.0 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the T statistic for the first hypothesis are the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of 5029 (greater than 1.96), and the p-value ≤ 0.05 of 0.000 (less than α = 0.05), then H0 hypothesis 1 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a negative and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee turnover intention of PT Atoz Mega Indonesia. Then, the results of the statistical T for the second hypothesis are the effect of workload on turnover intention of 4,450 (greater than 1.96), and a p-value of ≤ 0.05 of 0,000 (less than α = 0.05) then the H0 hypothesis 2 rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between workload on employee turnover intention of PT Atoz Mega Indonesia.
