Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan umum menemukan amanat berupa nilai pendidikan karakter Kemendikbudristek dan tujuan khusus membahas unsur intrinsik alur, karakter, dan latar. Penelitian menggunakan metode struktural Robert Stanton tentang fakta cerita (alur, karakter, dan latar). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra Ian Watt tentang fungsi sosial sastra. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa alur buku bergambar Toki Si Kelinci Bertopi berjenis maju, tunggal, dan rapat. Karakternya meliputi tokoh utama yakni Toki, tokoh pendukung yakni Ibu Toki, Ular, kawanan monyet, dan Tuan Burung Hantu yang Bijaksana, serta tokoh tambahan yakni Ayah Toki, Saudara-saudara Toki, Pak Tua si kura-kura, semut-semut, Pak Beruang, kunang-kunang, dan tetangga-tetangga Toki. Dari semua karakter itu, hanya Ular yang merupakan tokoh jenis antagonis. Latar tempat secara garis besar dibagi menjadi rumah Toki, lingkungan perkampungan rumah Toki, rumah Pak Tua si kura-kura, dan hutan. Latar waktu terdiri petang dan malam. Latar suasana meliputi suasana tenang, kesal, senang, bingung, resah/takut, menyesal, dan penuh semangat. Di dalam buku terdapat empat belas dari keseluruhan delapan belas nilai pendidikan karakter Kemendikbudristek. Keempat belas nilai tersebut yakni nilai jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Di buku tidak terkandung nilai religius, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, dan gemar membaca. Kata Kunci: sastra anak, pendidikan karakter, struktural, sosiologi sastra. ********* This research has a general objective to determine the mandate in the form of character education values of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology and a specific objective to discuss the intrinsic elements of plot, characters and setting. This research uses Robert Stanton's structural method regarding story facts (plot, characters and setting). The approach used is Ian Watt's literary sociology approach regarding the social function of literature. The research results found that the storyline of the picture book Toki the Rabbit in the Hat is progressive, single and tight. These characters include the main character, namely Toki, supporting characters, namely Mrs. Toki, Snake, a group of monkeys, and Mr. Wise Owl, as well as additional characters, namely Toki's father, Toki's brother, Old Man the Turtle, the ant. , Mr. Bear. , firefly, and neighbor Toki. Of all the characters, only Snake is the antagonist type. The setting is broadly divided into Toki's house, the village environment of Toki's house, Old Man Turtle's house, and the forest. The time setting consists of evening and night. The mood includes calm, annoyed, happy, confused, anxious/fearful, regretful, and full of enthusiasm. In this book there are fourteen of the eighteen character education values of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The fourteen values are honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, independence, democracy, curiosity, respect for achievement, friendship, love of peace, love of reading, care for the environment, social care and responsibility. The book does not contain religious values, national spirit, love of the country, or love of reading. Keywords: children's literature, character education, structural, literary sociology.
