Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan digital terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan melalui pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan menggunakan Proporsional Random Sampling, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan digital memiliki dampak langsung positif terhadap efektivitas kerja. Pengambilan keputusan juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, memberikan landasan untuk perbaikan kinerja pegawai. Keterkaitan antara budaya organisasi dan pengambilan keputusan, serta kepemimpinan digital dan pengambilan keputusan, menggambarkan kompleksitas faktor-faktor yang saling memengaruhi dalam konteks organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang perlunya pengembangan budaya organisasi yang positif, kepemimpinan digital yang efektif, dan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan. This study aims to explore the influence of organizational culture and digital leadership on employee job effectiveness at the Ministry of Manpower through decision making. The research utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the methodology and employed Proportional Random Sampling. The findings reveal that organizational culture and digital leadership have a direct positive impact on job effectiveness. Decision making also proves to significantly influence job effectiveness, providing a foundation for employee performance improvement. The interconnection between organizational culture and decision making, as well as digital leadership and decision making,illustrates the complexity of factors that mutually influence each other in the organizational context. The results of this study provide insights into the necessity of developing a positive organizational culture, effective digital leadership, and improved decision-making processes to enhance job effectiveness at the Ministry of Manpower.
