Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah sebagai variabel X dan motivasi kerja guru sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 107 guru yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ý = 16,166 + 0, 881 X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,891 atau 89,1%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil thitung (29,265) > ttabel (1,983) dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara. This research aims to find out how much influence the principal's participative leadership has on teacher work motivation at State High School, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta. This research consists of two variables, namely the participative leadership of the school principal as variable X and teacher work motivation as variable Y. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were teachers at State High School, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta. Sampling used a proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 107 teachers obtained using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was carried out using simple linear regression analysis which produced the regression equation Ý = 16.166 + 0.881 X and obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.891 or 89.1%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, it was obtained that tcount (29.265) > ttable (1.983) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005. So it is stated that the principal's participative leadership variable has a significant influence on teacher work motivation at State High School, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta.
