Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pemeriksaan Keuangan Negara Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (Badiklat PKN BPK RI). Penelitian ini melibatkan dua variabel, yaitu work-life balance sebagai variabel X dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel Y. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah 184 pegawai Badiklat PKN BPK RI, dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 65 pegawai menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y=29,623+0,732X dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 69,7%. Hasil uji t menunjukkan t hitung > t tabel (12,046 > 1,966) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga work-life balance terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Badiklat PKN BPK Ri.*****This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at the State Audit Education and Training Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (Badiklat PKN BPK RI). This research involves two variables, namely work-life balance as variable X and job satisfaction as variable Y. The method used is quantitative with a survei approach. The research population was 184 employees of Badiklat PKN BPK RI, with a sample taken as many as 65 employees using proportional random sampling technique and Slovin formula. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The hypothesis was tested using simple linear regression analysis, resulting in a regression equation Y=29,623+0,732X and a coefficient of determination of 69,7%. The t test results show t count> t table (12,046 > 1,998) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so that work-life balance is proven to have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Badiklat PKN BPK RI.
