Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional dengan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kepelautan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dengan alternatif jawaban menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, analisis tabel dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank,dan uji f. Semua pengolahan data statistik menggunakan aplikasi komputer SPSS 25. Hasil Uji koefisien korelasi kompetensi pedagogik dengan hasil belajar diperoleh rho hitung sebesar 0,755 lebih besar > dari rho tabel yaitu 0,254. Artinya, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan hasil Uji koefisien korelasi kompetensi profesional dengan hasil belajar diperoleh rho hitung sebesar 0,694 lebih besar > dari rho tabel yaitu 0,254. Artinya, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional mengajar memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan hasil belajar peserta diklat marine inspector type B angkatan I dan II pada mata pelajaran kepelautan. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Profesional, Hasil Belajar This study aims to determine the relationship between pedagogic competence and professional competence with learning outcomes in marine subjects. The research method used is a correlation method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 60 people with a sample of 60 people. The data used in this study was primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents with alternative answers using the Likert scale. This study used instrument validity and reliability tests, table analysis and hypothesis tests using spearman rank correlation tests, and f tests. All statistical data processing uses the SPSS 25 computer application. The results of the correlation coefficient test of pedagogical competence with learning outcomes obtained a calculated rho of 0.755 which is greater than the rho table, namely 0.254. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and the results of the correlation coefficient test of professional competence with learning outcomes show that the calculated rho is 0.694, which is greater than the rho table, namely 0.254. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that pedagogical competence and professional teaching competence have a strong relationship to the learning outcomes of class I and II type B marine inspector training participants in marine subjects.
