Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas layanan dan sarana prasarana terhadap citra suatu destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data primer berupa kuesioner yang telah dibuat dengan mengadaptasi dari dimensi dan indikator masing-masing vairabel dan telah divalidasi oleh ahli. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengunjung Kalibaru Rafting Bogor sebagai subyek penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Sarana Prasarana Terhadap Citra Destinasi Wisata Kalibaru Rafting Bogor. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket/kesioner kepada pengunjung Kalibaru Rafting Bogor pada saat penelitian berlangsung. Terdapat 36 pernyataan yang diajukan kepada responden dengan menyesuaikan indikator dari kualitas layanan, sarana prasarana dan citra destinasi wisata. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh sedang secara positif dan signifikan sebesar 57 persen terhadap citra destinasi wisata Kalibaru Rafting Bogor. ***** This study aims to review the extent of the influence of service experience and the quality of infrastructure facilities on the image of a tourist destination. This research was conducted to obtain primary data in the form of a questionnaire that has been made by adapting the dimensions and indicators of each variable and has been validated by experts. The approach and type of this research is quantitative using the survey method. This research was conducted with visitors to Kalibaru Rafting Bogor as the subject of research entitled The Effect of Service Experience and Quality of Infrastructure on the Image of Kalibaru Rafting Bogor Tourism Destination. The implementation of the research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to visitors to Kalibaru Rafting Bogor at the time of the research. There are 36 statements submitted to respondents by adjusting indicators of service experience, quality of infrastructure facilities and image of tourist destinations. Data collection procedures using questionnaire techniques, and documentation. The results obtained show that the service experience and quality of infrastructure facilities have a positive and significant by 57 percent effect on the image of the Kalibaru Rafting Bogor tourist destination.
