Abstract

Aplikasi BTN Mobile merupakan aplikasi mobile banking yang dikelola oleh Bank Tabungan Negara. Untuk mendapatkan loyalitas dari pengguna, salah satu aspek terpenting yang harus diperhatikan yaitu kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi BTN Mobile berdasarkan metode End User Computing Satisfaction dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna aktif BTN Mobile di DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden berdasar Rumus Lemeshow. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata variabel content yaitu 3.78 dikategorikan (puas), rata-rata variabel accuracy yaitu 3.81 dikategorikan (puas), rata-rata variabel format yaitu 3.91 dikategorikan (puas), rata-rata variabel timeliness yaitu 3.65 dikategorikan (puas), rata-rata variabel ease of use yaitu 3.74 dikategorikan (puas). Rata-rata hasil keseluruhan variabel content, accuracy, format, timeliness, dan ease of use didapatkan hasil 3.786 dari 100 sampel yang berarti dapat dikategorikan (puas). Secara keseluruhan pengguna aplikasi BTN Mobile merasa puas, hal ini menandakan BTN Mobile telah menghadirkan sebuah aplikasi yang menyediakan konten yang lengkap untuk kebutuhan transaksi keuangan pengguna, menyediakan tampilan yang terstruktur dengan baik, menyediakan sistem dan informasi yang akurat dan terknini terkait kebutuhan transaksi, menyediakan informasi dan kebutuhan yang tepat waktu untuk bertransaksi, dan menyediakan fitur yang memudahkan pengguna dalam bertransaksi keuangan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pengguna, End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), Mobile Banking, BTN Mobile. BTN Mobile application is a mobile banking application managed by Bank Tabungan Negara. To achieve user loyalty, one of the most important aspects to consider is user satisfaction. This study aimed to measure the level of user satisfaction with the BTN Mobile application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consistsed of active BTN Mobile users in DKI Jakarta, with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. The results of this study showed that the average score for the content variable was 3.78, categorized as "satisfied." The average score for the accuracy variable was 3.81, categorized as "satisfied." The average score for the format variable was 3.91, categorized as "satisfied." The average score for the timeliness variable was 3.65, categorized as "satisfied." The average score for the ease of use variable was 3.74, categorized as "satisfied." The overall average score for the content, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use variables was 3.786, indicating a "satisfied" category. Overall, users of BTN Mobile application are satisfied. This indicates that BTN Mobile has successfully delivered an application that provides comprehensive content for users' financial transaction needs, a well-structured interface, accurate and up-to-date transaction-related information, timely information and requirements for transactions, and features that facilitate ease of use for financial transactions.
