Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat melalui kepuasan kerja. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik analisa regresi linier, analisis jalur dan analisa peran variabel mediasi menggunakan Uji Sobel. Sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 135 responden perawat milenial di RS St. Carolus jakarta. Penelitian menghasilkan Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, namun berpengaruh dan signfikan terhadap Kinerja-ICARE; Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja namun tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja-ICARE; Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik terhadap Kepuasan Kerja maupun terhadap Kinerja-ICARE; Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja-ICARE; Pengaruh Tidak Langsung Budaya Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja-ICARE. Pengaruh Tidak Langsung Kecerdasan Emosional tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja-ICARE. Kepuasan Kerja memediasi Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja-ICARE, namun tidak mampu memediasi Budaya Organisasi dan Kecerdasan Emosional. Konsep model Kinerja-ICARE menjadi kebaharuan dalam penelitian ialah konsep Grand Teori Perilaku Organisasi tidak sepenuhnya terwujud. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership and emotional intelligence on nurse performance through job satisfaction. Quantitative methods were used in this research with linear regression analysis techniques, path analysis and analysis of the role of mediating variables using the Sobel Test. The sample in this study was 135 millennial nurse respondents at St. Carolus Jakarta. Research shows that Organizational Culture has no and no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, but has an effect and is significant on ICARE-Performance; Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction but has no effect and is not significant on ICARE-Performance; Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on both Job Satisfaction and Performance-ICARE; Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on ICARE-Performance; Indirect Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership has a significant and influential effect on ICARE-Performance. Indirect Effect of Emotional Intelligence has no effect and is not significant on ICARE-Performance. Job Satisfaction mediates Leadership on Performance-ICARE, but is unable to mediate Organizational Culture and Emotional Intelligence. The concept of the ICARE-Performance model is new in research because the concept of the Grand Theory of Organizational Behavior is not fully realized.
