Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap penguasaan konsep jati diri bangsa dan nasional pada peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Ciledug tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan menerapkan desain pre-test and post-test control group. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari penerapan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Data tersebut diperoleh melalui instrumen tes. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMP Negeri 1 Ciledug dengan populasi kelas VIII sebanyak 275 peserta didik. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 peserta didik yang terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas VIII F sebagai kelas kontrol dan VIII H sebagai kelas eksperimen. Kesimpulan diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap penguasaan konsep jati diri bangsa dan nasional. Besaran pengaruh yang didapat dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah large (tinggi) mengacu pada interpretasi effect size dengan rumus Cohen’s. Dengan melihat nilai signifikansi pada uji Wilcoxon dan nilai asymp sig. (2 tailed) 0.001 yang artinya lebih kecil dari tingkat alfa 5% (0,05) maka dengan hasil ini dapat dikatakan bahwa H_o ditolak, dan H_a diterima. Kata Kunci: Penguasaan Konsep, Jati Diri Bangsa dan Nasional, Strategi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi, PPKn ***** This study aims to examine the effect of implementing differentiated learning strategies on the mastery of national and civic identity concepts among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Ciledug for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research was conducted in February 2024. The approach used in this research is quantitative with experimental methods and applies a pre-test and post-test control group design. The sample used in this research was obtained from the application of nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling type. This data is obtained through test instruments. This research was located at SMP Negeri 1 Ciledug with a class VIII population of 275 students. The sample in this study was 60 students consisting of two classes, namely class VIII F as the control class and VIII H as the experimental class. Conclusion obtained in this research is that there is an influence between differentiated learning strategies on mastery of the concept of national and national identity. The magnitude of the effect obtained from the research conducted is large (high) referring to the interpretation of the effect size using Cohen's formula. By looking at the significance value in the Wilcoxon test and the sig asymp value. (2 tailed) 0.001, which means it is smaller than the alpha level of 5% (0.05), so with this result it can be said that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted.
