Abstract

Minat mahasiswa untuk menjadi guru sangat memprihatinkan, begitu pun mahasiswa Pendidikan untuk menjadi guru sangat perlu diperhatikan. Pentingnya minat sebagai motivasi mahasiswa calon guru dalam menjadi guru profesional menjadi landasan perlunya meningkatkan minat mahasiswa menjadi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program kampus mengajar terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Universitas negeri Jakarta peserta program kampus mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta peserta program kampus mengajar angkatan 5 dan 6 sebanyak 148 mahasiswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 108 responden. Berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar (0,00) < 0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh antara program kampus mengajar terhadap Minat menjadi guru di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada uji koefisien regresi bernilai positif sebesar 0,434 yang dapat diartikan bahwa program kampus mengajar berpengaruh sebesar 15% terhadap minat menjadi guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa program kampus mengajar berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ***** Students' interest in becoming teachers is very worrying, as well as students' education to become teachers really needs attention. The importance of interest as motivation for prospective teacher students in becoming professional teachers is the basis for the need to increase students' interest in becoming teachers. This research aims to determine the influence of campus teaching programs on interest in becoming teachers among Jakarta State University students participating in campus teaching programs. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The population used in this research was 148 Jakarta State University students participating in the campus teaching program for classes 5 and 6 and the total sample was 108 respondents. Based on the t test carried out, a significance value of (0.00) < 0.05 was obtained, meaning that there is an influence between the campus teaching program on interest in becoming a teacher at Jakarta State University. In the regression coefficient test, the positive value is 0.434, which means that the school teaching program has a 15% effect on interest in becoming a teacher. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the campus teaching program has a positive effect on interest in becoming a teacher among Jakarta State University students.
