Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui Strategi Shadow Teacher Pada Peserta Didik Inklusi dalam Pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Alam Depok. (2) Mengetahui tantangan dan hambatan Shadow Teacher Pada Peserta Didik Inklusi dalam Pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Alam Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 15 narasumber di antaranya kepala sekolah, Penganggung Jawab Special Need Center Sekolah Alam Depok, 11 shadow teacher, 2 wali murid peserta didik inklusi dan sikolog. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Strategi shadow teacher pada peserta didik inklusi dalam pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Alam Depok berdasarkan jenis kekhususan yang ditemukan terbanyak adalah tunagrahita. Adapun strategi shadow teacher dalam pembelajaran IPS adalah pertama, membangun suasana hati peserta didik inklusi dengan metode pengajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan selangkah-selangkah atau secara perlahan dan diulang serta mengenalkan pembelajaran IPS dengan bahasa dan konsep sederhana menggunakan media work-sit. Dua, pembelajaran IPS untuk peseserta didik inklusi diimplementasikan setiap hari karena berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga lebih diingat. Tiga, melibatkan peserta didik inklusi dengan teman sekelasnya ataupun berupa kelompok. (2) Tantangan dan hambatan shadow teacher pada peserta didik inklusi dalam pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Alam Depok berdasarkan jenis kekhususan yang ditemukan terbanyak adalah tunagrahita. Adapun tantangan dan hambatannya adalah peserta didik inklusi kurang fokus dalam memperhatikan penjelasan shadow teacher, sehingga pada penyampaian pembelajaran IPS mudah teralihkan dengan hal lain. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Shadow Teacher, Peserta Didik Inklusi, Pembelajaran IPS ***** This research aims to (1) Find out the Shadow Teacher Strategy for Inclusive Students in Social Studies Learning at the Alam Depok School. (2) Knowing the challenges and obstacles of Shadow Teachers for Inclusive Students in Social Studies Learning at the Alam Depok School. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. The subjects in this research were 15 resource persons including the school principal, Person in Charge of the Special Needs Center at Alam Depok School, 11 shadow teachers, 2 guardians of inclusive students and a psychologist. The results obtained in this research are (1) The shadow teacher strategy for inclusion students in social studies learning at the Alam Depok School based on the type of specialty that was found to be the most mentally retarded. The shadow teacher's strategy in social studies learning is first, to build the mood of inclusive students with a teaching method that uses a step-by-step or slow and repeated approach and introduces social studies learning with simple language and concepts using work-site media. Two, social studies learning for inclusive students is implemented every day because it is related to daily life so it is more memorable. Three, involve inclusive students with their classmates or in groups. (2) The challenges and obstacles of shadow teachers for inclusive students in social studies learning at the Alam Depok School based on the type of specialty found most were intellectual disabilities. The challenges and obstacles are that inclusive students are less focused on paying attention to the shadow teacher's explanations, so that during the delivery of social studies learning they are easily distracted by other things.
