Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa “Digital Storytelling of Islamic History (DISITORY)” yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan budi Pekerti materi Sejarah Islam di Nusantara. DISITORY dikembangkan dalam bentuk media digital storytelling berbasis websites yang mampu menggabungkan beberapa media pembelajran seperti tulisan, gambar dan video pembelajaran dalam satu media. DISITORY dikembangkan termasuk jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Reseacrh & Development) yang mengacu pada model ADDIE. Hasil validasi didapatkan 91,81% dari ahli media, 98,75% dari ahli materi dan 90% dari ahli bahasa. DISITORY juga diuji cobakan kepada 2 pendidik PAI-BP di SMAN 35 Jakarta yang didapatkan persentase hasil 97,75% dan diinterpretasikan DISITORY sangat baik sebagai media pembelajaran. Sebanyak 34 peserta didik menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini dan didapatkan persentase 90,03% yang diinterpretasikan media ini sangat baik. Selain itu, didapatkan hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat belajar pra penerapan dan pasca penerapan DISITORY yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yaitu dengan nilai Normalized Gain sebesar 0,7. Berdasarkan interpretasi yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa DISITORY layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan budi Pekerti materi Sejarah Islam di Nusantara. ***** The objective of this research is to develop a digital product, entitled "Digital Storytelling of Islamic History (DISITORY)", which is designed to enhance students' interest in the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Humanities material on Islamic history in Nusantara. DISITORY is developed in the form of website-based digital storytelling media that is able to combine several learning media such as writing, images and learning videos in one media. The DISITORY was developed in accordance with the ADDIE model, which is an acronym that stands for the five stages of the research and development process: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The validation results obtained were as follows: 91.81% from media experts, 98.75% from material experts and 90% from linguists. DISITORY was also tested by two PAI-BP educators at SMAN 35 Jakarta which obtained a percentage of 97.75% and interpreted DISITORY as very good as a learning media. A total of 34 students were selected as respondents in this study, with a percentage of 90.03% being obtained. This was interpreted as indicating very good results. Furthermore, it was observed that there was an enhancement in learning interest pre-application and post-application of DISITORY, which was classified within the high category with a Normalised Gain value of 0.7. Based on the interpretation obtained, it shows that DISITORY is feasible to use as a learning media that can enhance students' learning interest in Islamic Religious Education and Humanities material on Islamic History in Nusantara.
