Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara fleksibilitas kerja dengan kinerja pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 111 pegawai ASN di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara fleksibilitas kerja (X) dan kinerja pegawai (Y). Semakin baik fleksibilitas kerja yang dimiliki pegawai, maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai tersebut. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 26,437 + 1,044X, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% nilai fleksibilitas kerja, maka nilai kinerja pegawai akan bertambah sebesar 1,044. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja (X) mempengaruhi 67,3% variabel kinerja pegawai (Y), sedangkan sisanya 32,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Indikator timing flexibility memberikan pengaruh paling dominan, yaitu sebesar 27,2% dari keseluruhan nilai koefisien determinasi. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat pengaruh signifikan fleksibilitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence between work flexibility and the performance of State Civil Apparatus employees at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 111 ASN employees at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office. Data analysis uses simple linear regression. The results show that work flexibility has an effect The results show that there is a positive and significant influence between work flexibility (X) and employee performance (Y). The better the work flexibility that employees have, the better the performance of the employees will be. This is evidenced by the regression equation Ŷ = 26.437 + 1.044X, which shows that for every 1% increase in the value of work flexibility, the employee's performance value will increase by 1.044. The results of the determination coefficient test showed that work flexibility (X) affected 67.3% of employee performance variables (Y), while the remaining 32.7% were influenced by other variables. The timing flexibility indicator has the most dominant influence, which is 27.2% of the overall determination coefficient value. Thus, it can be concluded that the result of this study is that there is a significant influence of work flexibility on employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office.
