Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan analisis hasil penjualan dengan menentukan produk, harga jual, tempat penjualan serta promosi. Produk yang digunakan pada rintisan usaha ini adalah produk donat dengan metode Japanese Dough yang diberi modifikasi tangzhong tepung singkong M2. Produk rintisan usaha dijual dengan harga sebesar Rp.30.000 / 1 box (6 pcs) dengan berat adonan yang digunakan adalah 50 gr, perhitungan harga jual dilakukan dengan metode konvensional. Tempat produksi berlokasi di Jl. Cemara Blok D3 No 29 Taman Pagelaran, Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor, penjualan dilakukan berdasarkan pesanan dan online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dan teknik analisis data secara deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sasaran konsumen berumur 2 tahun hingga lansia berumur 70 tahun. Penjualan dilakukan selama 1 bulan dengan modal awal sebesar Rp.660.112 dan memiliki target penjualan penjualan sebesar Rp.2.400.000 atau menjual 80 box selama 1 bulan. Strategi penjualan yang dijalankan agar mencapai target ialah dengan melakukan beberapa promosi seperti word of mouth, membuat konten media sosial dan mengunggahnya secara rutin sehingga rintisan usaha ini mencapai target penjualan sebesar Rp.2.614.000 dengan 12 kali produksi. This research aims to obtain an analysis of sales results by determining the product, selling price, place of sale and promotion. The product used in this business start-up is a donut product using the Japanese Dough method which is modified with M2 cassava flour tangzhong. The business start-up product is sold at a price of Rp. 30,000 / 1 box (6 pcs) with a weight of 50 grams of dough used. The selling price calculation is carried out using the conventional method. The production site is on Jl. Cemara Blok D3 No 29, Ciomas Bogor Regency. Sales are carried out based on orders and online. This research uses survey research methods and descriptive data analysis techniques. This research uses target consumers, namely 2 years old to elderly people aged 70 years. Sales were carried out for 1 month with initial capital of Rp. 660,122 and has a sales target of IDR 2,400,000 or 80 boxes, namely by selling a minimum of 4 boxes in 20 days to achieve the sales target. The strategy implemented in order to achieve the sales target is by running several promotions such as word of mouth, creating social media content and uploading regularly to Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media so that this business start-up reaches the sales target of IDR 2,614,000 with 12 production times.
