Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan teknis terhadap kesiapan prakerin Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Boga siswa SMK melalui self-regulated learning, (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kesiapan prakerin Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Boga siswa SMK melalui self-regulated learning, (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan teknis dan literasi digital terhadap kesiapan prakerin Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Boga siswa SMK melalui self-regulated learning. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Kompeternsi Keahlian Tata Boga di Kota Tangerang sebanyak 209 siswa. deskripsi profil responden penelitian 72% di dominasi oleh Perempuan, dengan 78% adalah kelas XI. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh keterampilan teknis terhadap kesiapan prakerin Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Boga siswa SMK melalui self-regulated learning dengan nilai 6,850 > 1,96; (2) Terdapat pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kesiapan prakerin Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Boga siswa SMK melalui self-regulated learning yang sebelumnya 2,958 > 1,96 menjadi 3,729 >1,96; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh keterampilan teknis dan literasi digital terhadap kesiapan prakerin Kompetensi Keahlian Tata Boga siswa SMK melalui self-regulated learning yang sebelumnya 2,340 > 1,96 menjadi 4,687 >1,96. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan teknis dan literasi digital terhadap kesiapan teknis melalui self-regulated learning dapat memediasi siswa untuk mempersiapkan prakerin. This research aims to: (1) Find out and analyze the influence of technical skills on vocational school students' culinary skills competency internship readiness through self-regulated learning, (2) Find out and analyze the influence of digital literacy on vocational school students' culinary skills competency internship readiness through self-regulated learning. regulated learning, (3) Knowing and analyzing the influence of technical skills and digital literacy on vocational school students' culinary skills competency readiness through self-regulated learning. The respondents in this research were 209 students at the Culinary Skills Competency Vocational School in Tangerang City. Description of the profile of research respondents: 72% are dominated by women, with 78% being class XI. The results of hypothesis testing show: (1) There is an influence of technical skills on vocational school students' culinary skills competency readiness through self-regulated learning with a score of 6.850 > 1.96; (2) There is an influence of digital literacy on vocational school students' culinary skills competency readiness through self-regulated learning, which was previously 2,958 > 1.96 to 3,729 > 1.96; and (3) There is an influence of technical skills and digital literacy on vocational school students' culinary skills competency readiness through self-regulated learning, which previously was 2,340 > 1.96 to 4,687 > 1.96. So it can be concluded that technical skills and digital literacy towards technical readiness through self-regulated learning can mediate students to prepare for industrial work.
